What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your dog on a secure lead, and if it’s their first visit, any relevant medical or behavioural info. If your dog has a favourite toy, blanket, or treat, feel free to bring it along to help them feel more relaxed.
Do you groom anxious dogs?
Yes, absolutely. We specialise in creating a calm, low-stress environment. Bharti takes extra time with nervous pups, using gentle handling and positive reinforcement to build trust. Let us know in advance if your dog is especially anxious so we can prepare accordingly.
How long will the groom take?
It depends on the breed, coat condition, and service selected. On average:
Bath & Brush: 1–1.5 hours
Full Groom: 1.5–2.5 hours
Puppy Groom: up to 1 hour
We’ll give you a more accurate time when you drop off your dog.
Can I stay with my dog?
We understand the attachment, but we’ve found dogs are often calmer once their owner leaves. This allows us to focus and keep them relaxed. You’re welcome to stay during your puppy’s first visit or a desensitisation session if needed.
What if my dog has allergies or health issues?
Please let us know before the appointment. We offer hypoallergenic shampoos and gentle handling for sensitive dogs. Bharti is trained in Canine Emergency First Aid and prioritises your pet’s wellbeing at every stage.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, in some instances a deposit may be required before the booking is confirmed
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours may incur a fee, as that time was reserved for your dog. No-shows may result in full charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
